You picked a really good one!!!!
I had no idea that Halaka could be so melodious. I really like the added electronic treatment that you've added to this. I wanna say that I think your voice really adds a new dimension to the message behind this song, but I don't want to insult you. So, I won't say it. Excellent job. A very good cover.

Big Grin Wow.

Man, this is unbelievable. The dual lyrics on the chorus are just knocking me on my ass. And hearing your brilliant and distinctive melodic sense turning some of the melodies just slightly on their sides is fantastic.

The little exclamations in your voice before some of the choruses -- Bowing Down that's awesome. And the bass!!!

I'm going to stop gushing about this now.

Ah, this is good. I loved the original but you've really taken this and made it so damn good. Your vocals are great on this. The music is great on this. What a great cover!! Clapping

That guy before me sure made a lot of spaces..

Crazy. Man. I've got chills here since it's so crazy to hear someone rethink my thing like this.

You rock, dude. The chorus makes me kick everything off the top of my desk here at work. I shouldn't do that.

Yum! That guitar is one sure piece of emphatic urgency. Yes, those yelps add so much as a leadin to the chorus, but the BRIDGE, fudge, that flute sounds awesome.

Excellent cover... I really love the original... and this one is just as good.. I can't decide.. argh.. I'm just gonna put them both in a jar and shake it up and watch them fight until one eats the other, like spiders...

That's quite a nice cover - I love the epic feel of the piece and the multiple changes. The break at 4:13 is awesome.

The only slightly bad point: the synths at 1:30-2:00 sounds as if they are playing something disconnected entirely from the main piece rather than psychedelic overtones (which I suspect was the actual intention).

hahaha it does kick, this is a GREAT cover, I was thinking the same thing as olethros for a while about the synths and some of the melodic passages, but somehow I feel you manage to keep it on the right side of the border, making it an exciting element. IMHO, though they are both very nice pieces (original/cover) the layering during this chorus kicks the original version's.
Triumph!

That guitar sounds like old Genesis, and the synths are really cool - what are you using for the synths? Ethereal. Awesome job, man!

Wow! I'm going to just go ahead and say what everybody here is pussyfootin' about: This really kicks the original. The electro elements, the yelps, the flutesy psychadelic break, the almost old-school male bluegrass choir style layering in the chorus, and of course Snoog's distinctive vocal style just push this up to a new level. Speaking of the distinctive style...I'm still getting used to some of the strange flats, but the overall sound is still awesome. And yes I DID catch the voc...those bass vox are straight creepy-robo Frightened

Fantastic intro with great musical farts. You know that if a tune starts with musical farts, then it is hot stuff.

The harmonies are stupendous. The emotion is emoting so well that there is no more emotion left in the emotional well. I love it Love

Hm, is there a theremin in there somwhere, or am I imagining things?

I love, love, love the whole soundscape here, brilliantly produced and very inventive. I particularly liked the instrumental passage with the flute, it has a really good old-school prog sort of feel to it.
